Chocolate bars
At Chocomize we take great pride in how our chocolate bars are made. Since we started in 2009, we still make the chocolate bars the way we first envisioned – your way and hand-made-to-order. Contrary to the ideals of traditional mass production, we believe in small production batches to ensure the highest level of quality and freshness. Once you place your order, our experienced chocolate makers will begin to carefully hand-mold each of your candy bars. Before this step can take place, your dark chocolate, milk chocolate, or white chocolate has undergone a thorough tempering process. Tempering the chocolate ensures that the finished product will have the necessary hardness and the perfect gloss after it has cooled. Once the chocolate is poured into the molds, there is only about one minute left to transform it into an original Chocomize masterpiece. The ingredients that you selected in the creation station will be applied to your bars and afterwards your personalized chocolate is cooled for about 45 minutes in a special refrigerator.
Once your chocolate bars have hardened they are hand packed into our orange signature pillow boxes. Afterwards we apply a label that shows your chocolate bar’s name, your ingredients and the respective nutrition facts for your creation. As you can see, this process is very time intensive but it pays off. Due to the short time span between ordering and production, Chocomize chocolate bars do not contain any artificial ingredients such as stabilizers or additives. This is not only better for your health but also reflects in the great taste of each chocolate bar that we send out.
