Chocomize does not make any profit on shipping. In order to keep costs as low as possible for you, we do not charge any additional handling fees. In the summer we use ice packs and/or insulation packages depending on how hot it is where you live, so shipping in the summer will be $6.95. We still use flat rate boxes, so the cost will not increase no matter how many bars you order.

Chocomize uses the United States Postal Service Priority Mail to ship all of its products. Although standard shipping time takes two to three days, we can not guarantee that your product will arrive exactly in that time frame.

We do not cover any damage to the product that occurs during shipping that is the fault of USPS. Chocomize does cover and will replace damage to the product as a result of overheating or manufacturing malfunctions.

Your purchase will automatically be deducted from the credit/debit card of your choice. We use secure servers so that your information is secure. Chocomize will never give out any of your personal information including your billing address, phone number or email.
