Chocomize primarily ships with USPS. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the Post Office will deliver to the respecive shipping location. During the summer months Chocomize will automatically add ice packs to the orders if needed. Due to the high tempertures in the summer Chocomize reserves the right to hold the orders back for an additional 1-2 business to avoid delivery during temperature peaks. In general, orders that are placed in the second half of the week during the summer months may ship the following Monday.
A signature is not requested upon delivery. US customers will receive an email with a tracking confirmation to track the progress of the shipment. Tracking information for international orders may be limited.
Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, the order gets lost, or arrived in poor condition, Chocomize will refund you for your order or send out a replacement at no cost to you. The refunds will be issued within 48 hours and usually appear on your credit card or paypal statment within 3-5 business days. You can request a refund or replacement within five days after receiving your order by sending us an email to email@example.com. The return shipping costs (if any) will be paid by Chocomize.
Orders can generally be placed 24/7 through the website. Chocomize reserves the right to make it's website unavailable for scheduled maintenance.

The price of the products may vary during promotions and is subject to change at the company's sole discretion. If you would like to cancel your order after you have submitted it on our website, please do so within 12 hours for a full refund by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
