Shipping & Delivery
Chocomize primarily ships with UPS. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the UPS will deliver to the respecive shipping location. During the summer months Chocomize will automatically add ice packs to the orders if needed. Due to the high tempertures in the summer Chocomize reserves the right to hold the orders back for an additional 1-2 business to avoid delivery during temperature peaks. In general, we try to avoid delivering orders on Mondays to ensure that the package does not sit in a warehouse over the weekend. 
A signature is not requested upon delivery. US customers will receive an email with a tracking confirmation to track the progress of the shipment. Tracking information for international orders may be limited.

Returns & Replacements
Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact the account manager you worked with and let them know about the issues at hand. Please note that Chocomize is not liable for typos on artwork submitted by the customer, or on artwork that was already approved by the customer. We are also not liable for delivery delays that are outside of our control, such as extreme weather or general delays on the carriers' end. 
Ordering
Orders can generally be placed 24/7 through the website, by email, or phone. Chocomize reserves the right to make it's website unavailable for scheduled maintenance. 
Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Your credit card will get charged at the time you place your order. Your information will be encrypted at all times to guarantee the highest degree of security. The price of the products may vary during promotions and is subject to change at the company's sole discretion. If you would like to cancel your order after you have submitted it on our website, please do so within 12 hours for a full refund by emailing [email protected]
