This set contains two deliciously fresh shortbread cookies and is packaged in an elegant clear acetate box. The cookie on top is customized with an edible imprint either directly on the cookie or on white icing. The cookie below is always a plain shortbread cookie without any customization.
Step 1: Choose a Shape
You can choose from round or square shortbread cookies. Both options are priced equally and the dimensions are:
- Round Cookies: 2.25" diameter
- Square Cookie: 2.25" x 2.25"
Only the three cookies on top are personalized with an edible imprint, the bottom cookies are plain shortbread cookies without imprint or icing.
Step 2: Direct Imprint or Imprint on Icing?
We can print your artwork directly on the cookies with edible ink or print on a thin layer of white fondant icing. The white icing ensures a better contrast, ensuring that your colors will 'pop' on the cookie. The downside is a shorter shelf life (3-weeks vs. 3-months for the direct imprint) and a slightly higher price point (please click on the specific option at the top of the page to update pricing).
Your artwork or logo are printed with 100% edible ink. For optimal results, we recommend to keep the minimum font size above 8pt. Metallic colors or neon colors are not printable.
How to Add Your Logo or Design
You can use the artwork layout below to create and position your artwork on the cookie and the packaging. You can use any file format for your artwork as long as the resolution is high enough. Questions & Answers
Can I get multiple logos printed on the cookies?
The setup fee of $49 covers 1 logo. If you would like to have additional logos imprinted on the cookies, an additional $49 setup fee would apply for each new artwork.
Does the edible ink change the flavor of the cookie?
No, the ink does not have a significant flavor and it does not alter the taste of the shortbread cookies.
Can I customize the packaging as well?
This product only allows for customization on the actual cookie via edible imprint.
